I knew we had a short window of opportunity this morning with the call for some wind in the afternoon...
Didn't waste any time and headed to where we have been fishing everyday. Got on the drop and started catching right away, nice mix of fish with several larger Sea Bass coming over the rail. Dennis finally got his A game back with some beauties in the bucket. Nice 3 pound Sea Bass took the pool.
Wind came on around Noon and it started to get nasty, we did get the day in but the ride home was Special to say the least! Taking tomorrow off, give the ocean a day to settle up, we will be back at it on Wednesday morning.
"Sea Bass Special" Everyday 7:30am till 2:30pm. Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90, Rod Rental $10.

Nice day on the Ocean once again!
Picked away on the first drop with mixed fish, Big Dave's first fish of the day was a 4 pound Fluke that ended up taking the pool.
Bite got better and steadier after the tide changed with some larger Sea Bass coming in. Sharks took over for the last 45 minutes of the trip, couldn't get away from them, good thing we had a catch by then.
"Sea Bass Special" Sailing everyday, 7:30am till 3:00pm. Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90, Rod Rental $10.

Perfect day all around to start the Holiday weekend!!
Very nice all day bite on Sea Bass & Ling, many Jumbo's in the mix along with plenty of keepers to go around.
Lot's of pics from todays trip....Back at it in the AM for our "Sea Bass Special". 7:30am till 3:00pm. Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90, Rod Rental $10.

Perfect day today with great weather, a beautiful ocean and a nice gang of Fishermen regulars to enjoy it!!
Had action from start to finish on mixed sized Sea Bass from Small to Jumbo's.
Lou took the pool with a nice 3 pound Sea Bass. Many had their limits around the boat....Looks like great weather through Monday.

FISHERMEN/Wednesdays Sea Bass Fishing Report

Another beauty out on the Ocean once again!
First couple of drops we just picked at the Sea Bass, didn't see the huge amount of Sand eels where we have been fishing. Tried a little deeper drop with life on it and the bite turned on.
Several guys and gals did great through out the day and a few others struggled. Miguel had the hot hand today landing almost a triple limit and taking the pool with a beautiful 3 pound Sea Bass.
Some very nice sized fish with a few ling in the mix. Sunny tomorrow, going to be a little breezy out of the North but we are shaping up.
