Better fishing today from what we had yesterday.....

Had to make a bunch of drops to finally find the ones that wanted to bite. Swell started to lay down toward the end of the day so we should have better fishing as the week goes on. All Sea Bass with only 1 porgy today.

Back at it in the AM. 7:30-2:30 Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90, Rod Rental $10.

Bottom Fishing for Porgy & Sea Bass. Clams for Bait. 

Sailing everyday 7:30-2:30pm. Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90, Rod Rental $10. 

Going to give it a few more days for the Ocean to settle down and hopefully clear up a bit. See you then!

I figured we would have a short window of opportunity this morning before the afternoon tide change, we had a bunch of customers show who wanted to give it a shot, after yesterdays fishing how could we not.

All I can say is we gave it a good shot, fished three area's where we have been catching to only come home without a keeper! Got nasty as the morning went on so I gave the guys a pass for another day and came home. Looks like we will be tied up for several days.

Bottom fishing will be on the menu starting next week. I'll post when exactly once we see what the weather is going to do. Ocean will have to lay down and get settled first.

The last 10 trips of the Fluke season were the best in a long time, congrads to all who landed their limits & Big fish this season....Striped Bass right around the corner!  If your interested in a Striped Bass charter, give me a call. Thanks for checking in.....

Had to work it a little harder today to get it done...

Conditions in the AM weren't the best but we slugged away on a couple drops. Once the wind died the bite slowed so we went in search mode, the first area I gave it one shot and didn't like the life. Made a move and found a nice bite on some beauties!!

Steve & Big Tom landed two awesome fish one after the other...with Steve's fish going 8.4 pounds and taking the pool, Toms fish 7.11 pounds! Several fish from 3-4 pounds once again. Couple guys had their three, several guys had 2 by days end. The Huge Sea Bass we had to toss back all day is disgusting. 

We are shaping in the AM, Not supposed to blow till the afternoon. The Weekend sadly is a bust with Storm warnings for both days.
