Morning started out with good action on shorts, keepers.

Couple guys had their three on the first couple of drifts, some with 2. Once the South wind came up the bite went to a dismal pick with a whole lot of current.

Tried a drop in deeper water and couldn't hold with 10 ounces. Finished out the day with a bunch of short action and a couple more keepers. Tough to say the least though. Water temp dropped to 68 this morning.

Big Tom took the pool with a 4.2 pound Fluke and three nice keepers. Back at it tomorrow, Weather looks Good.

7:30-2:30pm. Open Boat, No Reservations. Fare is $90, Under 12 $50, Rod Rental $20.

100% better conditions made all the difference in the World today!

Much better action all day long with a perfect drift in just 2 area's.

Lenny & Arnaldo were back out for the third time in the past couple of days, both had their 3 and then some by days end. Several customers with their 3 around the boat along with some big beautiful Sea Bass.

Pool fish made 4 pounds to take the daily pool.

Today was a grind to say the least. Horrible slide most of the morning waiting for the change of tide, we picked some keepers and shorts but it was dull.

After the change it didn't improve, left the area to look around, found some fish but it was the same picky bite. Chico was back after his limit yesterday, did the same today and took the daily pool with a nice 4 pound fish. The guys who could work the jigs did the best with a couple keepers and short action. Back at it in the AM.

Probably the best 4th of July I can remember in a long time!

A great group of customers, the weather was a 10, Ocean was flat with a perfect drift all day and the Fluke were biting! Several guys had their three including: Lenny, Herb, Chico, Jimmy, Gary & Bill V.

Lenny gets the honors today with 4 beauties and the pool fish at 5 pounds 12 ounces. Several guys with 2 quality fluke along with good short action. Some nice sea bass in the mix as well. Weather looks great all weekend. Bring ice, 8-10 ounce sinkers and your A game! Sailing everyday.
