The Southerly wind last night was not our friend today....
Yesterday we had 65 degree water, today temp dropped to 59. We had an hour of decent fishing catching keepers with plenty of short action. After the change of tide the bite went to mostly short fish.
Read the life on everydrop but the big babies never turned back on. Change of wind direction into the North tonight should help us out tomorrow with better conditions.
Everyone still went home with dinner but the drop and reel crap has come to roost. Larry took the pool with a nice Sea Bass.
Big thumbs up to Logan for stepping up today as Joe had to make his beautiful daughter Ella's High School graduation! No job is worth missing that moment in time.....all the best Ella, you have the best Dad in the world!!

Good fishing right off the bat once again today......
Nice Big Sea Bass and a couple dozen ling on the first drop. Made a few drops in the area catching until the South wind came up. Bite slowed so we looked else-where and found another good bite to finish out the day.
Pete took the pool with a 3 1/2 pound Sea Bass. Everyone went home with the meat...Back at it tomorrow.

The past couple days of fishing had been a change of tide bite, later in the day.....
Today that all changed as we had action right off the bat. The Bigger Sea Bass were back on the bite with many customers going home with what they came for.
Made a couple drops through-out the day and found fish on every one. Pool fish was a nice 2 1/2 pound bass.
Weather looks great right through the weekend, we will be bottom fishing for Fathers day. Don't miss out as we only have 6 bottom trips left. We will Fluke fish starting next Wednesday (A week from today).

Pretty much the same fishing situation as yesterday....
Bounced around a few area's with just a handful of fish that wanted to bite. Offshore was NG again, took a ride to catch the change, found some nice readings and Sea Bass that wanted to bite.
Catskill John had the Hot hand landing a nice mess of Sea Bass, few nice Ling and taking the pool. Several other customers also did well and some not so lucky today.
Weather looks awesome for the next several days and through the weekend! We will be bottom fishing for Fathers day.

Started our first drop in the area we finished up yesterday....read plenty of life but the conditions were horrible...
Lines ran to the bow and we only caught a few fish. Ran offshore to find beautiful water, some ling a couple whiting, still not good enough after a couple drops. The drift boats were not fairing any better so we ran back inshore looking for that change of tide bite.
Got set up with better conditions and had a nice bite on Sea Bass to finish out the day. Back at it in the AM.
