FISHERMEN/GOOD FIRST TRIP, Striped Bass

Morning started out with a lot of searching for the bite. Found plenty of bait but only 1 fish to show.
Bite turned on at the change of tide with fish busting on top, it was game on!! Pat lead the way with 5 nice bass along with several customers landing 4-3-2 fish each. The bite finally died as the South wind came on pretty good at the end of the day. Shads & Flutter spoons worked the best.
Great to be back out there once again, can't wait till tomorrow!
Sailing everyday now 7:00AM. Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down. Fare is $90, Rod Rental $20.

Well it's that time once again!
After a long winter we will be back at it starting this Saturday the 27th. Fishing for Striped Bass.
We will keep our fall sailing time of 7:00am daily. Fare is $90, Rod Rental $20. Open Boat, No Reservations just come on down.
Weather finally has taken a turn for the better and more Bunker are starting to show in the bay. Shads and Flutter spoons will be the rigs of choice until we can start snagging live Bunker.
Don't wait for the reports, come and be the report! Looking forward to seeing everyone and to another succesfull season.

I know everyone is chomping at the bit to get the season underway.
It's still a little early for us. We will begin sailing for Striped bass Saturday April 27th, fishing daily from there on.
Fare is still the same as last season at $90. Charters are available also, please book early!!
Looking forward to another awesome season with the best customers on the Ocean!

FISHERMEN/WENT OUT WITH A BANG TODAY!!!Sunday

Had several guys who fished the past couple of days back out once again today for our Swan Song....
The Ocean was Angry, the rain was coming down, it was Fishing in the Snot at it's Finest!!!
Had an awesome couple hours of non-stop action on fish up to 38 inches before the change of tide.....I always like to end the season on a High note, today was perfect.
We have Coast Guard Dry dock scheduled for this week and I just found out that the Shipyard I have gone to for many years has been sold!! Not what I wanted to hear a week before inspection but there you have it......So any BS that you may hear from the peanut gallery, I'm out of businesess (which is usually) a good one is just that, BS. We will be back for May 1st 2024 sailing.
Thank you to everyone, New Customers and you Ole timers for being here week after week, it's been another great season. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year. See you in the Spring!!
