Headed out with a great gang of customers today, all chomping at the bit after reading the reports of great fishing all week.
Didn't have the life where we started yesterday so we took the ride out East. Found the bait. read the fish and figured the bite would turn on after the change like the past 3 days. No such luck. Took off again, covered many miles searching always finding the same thing, Bait and fish that didn't want to bite.
Started fishing the bunkers down the beach and did manage a dozen fish but it still wasn't good. 3 Scotch night for sure and I haven't done that in a long time! Tomorrow is another day, we will be back on the meat!!
7:00am-2:00/2:30pm. No Reservations, Open Boat Fare is $90, Rod Rentals $20.

Found some life close to home first thing in the AM, caught a bunch of fish then took a ride.
Glad we did, had to wait a bit for the change of tide but the life in the area was unreal. 30 minutes went by, we had the change around the same time as the wind started to come on, it was like someone through a switch.
Stopped on some life and it was just game on for the rest of the day! The nastier it got, the better the bite, check out the videos on facebook.
Nice mix of fish with some big girls still hanging around. Shads were hot before the wind, Jigs after it got nasty.
Back at it in the AM, can't wait....7:00am-2:00/2:30pm. No Reservations. Fare is $90, Rod Rentals $20.

Made it out to the grounds today and found a calm ocean and a white water greeting!!!
Action right off the bat with fish busting and bait flying out of the water. Keepers and bigger fish kept us busy. When the mahem slowed we bounced around finding shots of fish until the last drift of the day when it started all over again.
Found some life working in a new area, went to check it out and we were back on the meat once again! Mostly all big fish to end the day with a bang!
We are fishing everyday, preferably in the snot, it's what we do!!
7:00am-2:00/2:30. No Reservations, Open Boat. Fare is $90, Rod Rental $20.
See you in the AM, Capt. Ron
Started out where we left the bite yesterday, had bird life and caught a few fish right off the bat.
Worked the area until my gut told me it wasn't going to happen there, fish have tails and they move so I moved and took a ride.
Found the bunkers and started picking away. Went just a little further read the hell out of them, when the wind came on and it started to get nasty, so did the bite!!! Check out the videos on facebook, it was unreal! Keepers and fish up to 35 pounds. Just awesome fishing.
We are sailing tomorrow, don't listen to the BS about the wind, It's November, it's supposed to be windy. Remember it's fishing in the snot, that's when they bite!!!
Just a note guys, if you happend to grab a Spinning Rod Set up with yellow tape on the end, could you please return it to me, I'd really appreciate it. Those babies cost me a ton of money. Thanks! Capt. Ron

See you in the AM.
To all my customers who came today when I told them Nov. 4th is the day we always catch, it's my birthday.
Today did not disappoint once again. We were on the meat from the first whistle with non-stop action on mostly keeper bass today. Shads were the ticket as these babies were gorging on small bunker.
Perfect conditions for a change with a hard NW and outgoing all day.
Thank you guys for all the gifts, you brought a tear to my eye. I could not think of a better way to spend my day than doing what I do and sharing it with all of you!! Back at it in the AM.
